At My Oasis Massage, your well-being is our top priority, we're dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and caring environment for each and every client. 

 

Tips for Safe and most effective Massage:

- Communicate with Your Therapist, inform your therapist about any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns you may have. 
- Start Slowly, If you are new to massage, start with less intense pressure and techniques.  
- Listen to Your Body, if you experience sharp pain or discomfort, stop the massage and inform your therapist. 

 

When to Avoid Massage:

- Certain Medical Conditions: Individuals with heart failure, kidney failure, blood clots, burns, bruises, skin infections, osteoporosis, or nerve damage should avoid massage. 
- Broken Bones: Massage should be avoided over broken bones or areas where there is inflammation. 
- Pregnancy: Massage should be avoided in the abdomen during pregnancy. 
- Open Wounds: Areas with open wounds should not be massaged. 

 

 

We take every measure to provide treatments in a spotless and professionally presented environment.

 

  • A minimum of 30 minutes between appointments is allocated to to allow time to properly clean and set up the room and also to make sure your massage session at My Oasis Massage is one at its best quality rather than a session from an exausted therapist who has sessions back to back for hours even whole day. 

  • All towels, table coverings, hand towels, and other items used during a treatment for each client will be replaced.
