• Non-Refundable/Non-Cash Value: 

  Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. 

• Expiry Date: 

  Vouchers are valid for only period as specified. 

• Replacement Policy: 

  Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers are typically not replaced, similar to cash. 

• No-Show/Cancellation Policy: 

  Failing to show up for a booked appointment or canceling without sufficient notice (e.g., 24 hours) may result in the voucher being forfeited. 

• Exclusion from Other Offers: 

  Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers. 

• Fraud: 

  The issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor a voucher or cancel an order if suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized use. 

• Amendment Clause: 

  The terms and conditions may be amended by the issuer at any time without prior notice.
