What do expect at your first massage session?
This is your time to relax and be comfortable. If you wish to change the pressure, areas worked, position, or if you are too hot or too cold please let your therapist know. Your requirements may be different from one session to the next.
We welcome new clients but like to ensure our massage therapy services can suit your needs first, so please contact us prior to booking your first appointment.
Before the confirmation your first appointment, you'll complete a online intake form covering your health concerns, injuries and your massage therapy goals, our therapist will review your information to ensure our massage therapy service can suit your needs first, then we'll send you the booking confirmation. On the appointment, we will discuss your massage therapy goals again in person. The treatment plan may include techniques like cupping, hotstone, assisted stretching, breath work and other modalities. It is important to list all health concerns, allergies and medications so the therapist can adapt the session to your specific needs.
For Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Combo massage, after the initial discussion, Our therapist will leave the room to allow you to get comfortable on the table. You will cover yourself with a towel (keeping your underwear on) she'll knock to re-enter the room. Following your massage, Our therapist will step out to give you time to get dressed.
For Traditional Thai Massage, Traditional Chinese Massage, Neck Should and Back Massage, if you like short sessions which are less than an hour, the sessions normally provided for clients with their clothes on. In this case, coming with comfortable, loose/stretchy clothes with as less or no button or belt is recommended, usually casual exercise outfits is a great choice, such like jogging or yoga outfits. If your like your sessions to be 60 mins or longer you can choose to have the massage done with either clothes on or off (keeping underwear on of course). With Clothes on may not sound appealing if you haven't tried it before, but that's the traditional way which has been practicing in Asian countries for thousands of years, most people are surprised how good and effective it actually is after they tried.
Our massage therapy sessions are available by appointment only. We welcome new clients but like to ensure our massage therapy services can suit your needs first, so please contact us prior to booking your first appointment.
