Terms and Conditions for promotions, special offers and gift cards

Exclusivity and limitations:

• Promotions generally cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offers may be valid only for specific services, not all services. 

 

Booking and redemption:

• Promo codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively. Gift vouchers must be presented before the treatment begins. Only one promo code can typically be used per booking. 

 

Validity and expiration: 

• Offers and codes have a specific expiration date, and expired codes or gift cards may not be honored. Some gift cards may have a grace period after expiration, during which a remaining balance can still be used.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Gift vouchers and promotional discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part. Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation policy:

• A cancellation policy (e.g., 24-hour notice) may apply to bookings made with a promotion or gift voucher. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the voucher or discount.

Lost or stolen items: 

• Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.

Fraud: ​

• The issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor a voucher or cancel an order if suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized use.

Amendment Clause: 

• The terms and conditions may be amended by the issuer at any time without prior notice.
