Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling Policy:

At least 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a fee. 

 

We recognise that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.

If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the 50% of the total amount for the session. This policy is in place to compensate our practitioners for their time and to ensure fairness to both our staff and other clients.

We do appreciate that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, so we consider individual cases within reason. If you have a valid reason for not providing 24 hours notice or for missing your appointment, we encourage you to communicate with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

In the event that you cannot make your appointment, we appreciate your consideration in offering it to a family member or friend who may be able to benefit from the session. This allows us to fill the time slot and helps someone else who may be in need of our services.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, but you will still be charged the full fee. 

A gift certificate may be forfeited for a no-show or late cancellation.
